1. Roofing Estimates & Work Scopes

All formal proposals, estimates, and contracts issued by Zana Roofing & Construction are valid for 30 days from issuance unless otherwise noted in writing. Work scopes clearly specify materials, tear-off layers, decking allowances, ventilation components, permit acquisition, cleanup protocols, and warranty terms.

2. Licensing & Code Compliance

Zana Roofing & Construction is a registered general contractor in the City of Youngstown and Mahoning County. We pull all necessary building permits and execute installations in accordance with the current Ohio Residential Code and applicable municipal building regulations.

3. Warranties

New roof installations are backed by dual protection:

Manufacturer Material Warranties: Limited lifetime warranties on qualifying architectural asphalt shingles and metal components as defined by the manufacturer.
Workmanship Warranty: Our written guarantee covering installation craftsmanship and water-tight integrity.

4. Insurance Claim Documentation Support

We provide storm damage inspection reports, photo logs, and itemized estimates for insurance claim verifications. However, per Ohio law, we do not act as licensed public adjusters and cannot promise specific insurance policy coverage determinations.
